Walking towards health and fitness isn't truly the hard strenuous job that everyone appear to think it is. When you actually consider it, the hard part is commonly the start. Setting too high goals will frequently only lead to dissatisfaction and disappointment. When you plan, ensure that you can do it. How are you going to know? Be practical.
